Wild Eggs
Wild Eggs, a contemporary breakfast, brunch, and lunch chain, has opened its first Evansville location at 1223 Hirschland Road, Suite 105. Known for inventive, made-to-order dishes and a welcoming atmosphere, the menu features favorites like Kalamity Katie’s Border Benedict and the award-winning Kelsey’s KY Brown. The restaurant operates Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and on weekends from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Metro Diner
Metro Diner has launched its inaugural Evansville location at 945 N. Burkhardt Road in Lillian Plaza. This family-friendly restaurant offers a fresh spin on classic American comfort food, including loaded omelets, biscuits and gravy, and signature dishes like the Iron City Meatloaf. The diner seats 96 guests indoors and 24 on the patio, initially operating from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with plans to extend dinner service to 8 p.m. in the near future.

Rock-A-Burger
Rock-A-Burger is a gourmet burger food truck that has been serving Evansville since May 2020. Known for its fresh ingredients, locally raised beef, and homemade sauces, the truck offers a variety of unique burgers. Acropolis Food Truck
The Acropolis Food Truck brings traditional Greek and Mediterranean cuisine to the streets of Evansville. Roppongi Closure and Raising Cane’s Arrival
After 15 years of serving Japanese cuisine, Roppongi Japanese Steak & Sushi will be closing its doors on July 31st. The closure makes way for a new Raising Cane’s location at 7221 East Indiana Street. Roppongi expressed gratitude to its patrons for their support over the years.
